Jason holds a degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Florida and has been dedicated to personal training and physical therapy since 2016. With experience training clients of all ages and fitness levels—from first-timers to advanced athletes—he brings a versatile and results-driven approach to every session.


As head of the training team at Rep Fit, Jason is committed to helping clients move better, feel stronger, and achieve lasting success through personalized, evidence-based programming.

Lindsay Richardson

Lindsay is a certified personal trainer with advanced credentials in corrective exercise, recovery, nutrition, and strength and conditioning. She specializes in weight loss, muscle gain, and helping clients develop sustainable health habits through personalized coaching.


A Florida native and mother of three, Lindsay brings a unique perspective shaped by her own weight loss journey and real-life experience balancing fitness with family. After years in the dental field, she transitioned to fitness full-time, driven by a passion to help others transform their lives.


She now trains clients in a private, distraction-free setting—focused on making fitness effective, enjoyable, and built to last.
